DOMAIN MAPPING
How to Add a Custom Domain Name:
- Log into your Domain Registrar (Such as GoDaddy, Bluehost, Enom, etc.) and navigate to the DNS Zone Editor.
- Choose the domain you would like to use.
- In the Host Record, type the part preceding the domain name (e.g. blog, store, services). Do not enter the whole domain, such as services.example.com
- Make sure the type is CNAME.
- In the Points To field, add the domain of your Service Assistant account (e.g. autoshop.mynapasa.com). You can also use admin.mynapatools.com.
- Click Add Record.
- Verify that the domain has been added to the Zone File Records under the CNAME category.
- In the Service Assistant admin, navigate to Edit Website and paste your new domain (services.example.com) in the Custom Domain Name field.
- Changes to your domain can take up to 72 hours to appear live.
Please note: These instructions are meant for general use. Your domain registrar will have the best instructions for domain mapping your site.
